DJI Mini 3 Pro Conversion LUTs

These are precision-calibrated conversion LUTs for the DJI Mini 3 Pro. We build them from real-world footage. Then we calibrate each one against an X-Rite colour checker and white balance cards. So every pack is tuned per ND filter brand and stop. They’re compatible with D-Cinelike profiles.

Each ND filter brand shifts colour differently. SmallRig, Sanmarc, K&F True Color, Polar Pro, Freewell, Urth and Nisi filters all introduce their own colour cast. That happens at every ND stop. So Simple LUTS measures that shift and corrects for it. No guessing needed.

Available packs include SmallRig VND, Sanmarc VND and K&F True Color VND. We also cover Polar Pro PMVND, Polar Pro Litechaser Pro and Freewell Sherpa. Then there’s Freewell Standard & Bright Day VND, Freewell K2 VND, Urth Neutral ND & VND, Nisi TC VND and Sony Internal ND. A No ND Filter Auto Shutter pack is included too, for shooting without filters.

Every LUT is calibrated with white balance locked at 5600K and ISO set as low as possible. First, set your shutter speed to double your frame rate. That means 24fps = 1/50, 50p = 1/100, and 60p = 1/120. If you’re using No ND Auto Shutter, just match the frame rate.

The Mini 3 Pro shoots D-Cinelike. It’s a flatter profile than standard colour modes. As a result, it gives you more room to grade, and that’s where Simple LUTS does its best work.

Drop the matching LUT onto your footage in FCPX, DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro. Then select the ND filter brand and stop. Match. Done.

Simple LUTS are also available for the iPhone 17 Pro, DJI Mini 4 Pro, DJI Osmo Pocket 3, Sony FX6, Sony FX3/30, and GoPro Hero 11, 12 and 13. All of these are calibrated to the same standard.
